SharePoint & Collaboration Services
- Support and administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and collaboration tools.
- Assist departments with SharePoint content organization, document management, and intranet functionality.
- Participate in file share to SharePoint migration initiatives.
- Support governance, security, and user adoption efforts related to SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve information sharing and document management processes.
Service Desk Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support issues.
- Mentor junior help desk staff and assist in developing technical knowledge across the team.
- Work tickets and provide hands-on support when necessary.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with internal users.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in infrastructure modernization efforts and technology improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with business units to understand requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Assist with IT security, compliance, and governance initiatives.
